After considerable years with Comcast and 4 with Roadrunner, my family decided it was time try a new service. I was of continually paying more money for less with cable and wanted to check out my options. Cable definitely isnt trying very hard when it comes to HD channels. I really didnt want to deal with satellite and decided to try out theAT&T U-verse.

My service was done alright and initially, I couldnt have been . The only complaint I had was that sales sold me a sports deal that never had sports. Everything was blacked out. Lo and behold this happens a lot.

Everything was fine for a couple of months, I had stellar service and new channels and features added all of the. The we got their DVR. I had an issue with one tv. I waited a while to call customer support. And when I did, things started not going well.

After almost two hours on the telephone with cust service, I had shutdown and made updates to every receiver and home gateway more than once. After this, my service was sketchy and constantly dropping. He then set up an time for a few days later with a technician. The repairman arrived and detected numerous errors which he mended. I was not really sure that everything was fixed for good but happy that I had my service back.
