Apart from the dark sands, the Anse Chastanet beach was a great place to snorkel and dive thanks to the beautiful natural reefs situated near the beach.

While I enjoyed the snorkeling trips in Anse Chastanet and exploring the underwater life in the reefs, Rueben was mighty impressed by the sailing conditions and facilities available at Marigot Bay. Since he is a sailing enthusiast, Reuben spent hours on the black sand beaches staring at the numerous yachts bobbing in the breeze while anchored at the harbor.
